Easy mounting (like most sights), choice of 2 sets of mounting holes. Micro-adjust feature makes sighting-in very easy. Adjusting the pins is slightly more difficult than other sights I have used, but not bad. Great visibility of pins. Looks like it would be easy to replace a pin unit if you broke a fiber. Pin guard protects pins, but I plan on covering mine with a drawstring bag on hikes into the stand (better safe than sorry) - this one sticks out  from the riser further than previous sights I have used. I have not hunted with it yet, but it was great on the range.
